It's voting day in America, and while voters wait with baited breath to see who will win the battle for the White House, it's time for a little light relief! And who better to provide it than Miniclip Games?
If you're sick of debates and campaigning, why not take out some of your government related frustration by shooting your loser of choice in the face with a paintball gun? Or perhaps you're sick of hearing about what Obama can do for health care but want to see how he'd handle an alien invasion? If so, check out some of these fun little minigames and take your mind of the serious stuff for half an hour!

Presidential Paintball
Ever wondered what it would be like to have a paintball battle inside the White House? Well, it's pretty awesome. You can play as either Obama or Romney (no prizes for guessing who the most popular contender is here) and scamper up and down the corridors blasting your opponant with green paint. Bonus points are given for blasting Republican or Democrat flags, depending on which side you're playing, and extra paint cannisters can be picked up along the way. It's a simple, fun little shoot-em-up with some comic ducking and diving from the candidates themselves.

Obama Alien Defence
If blasting aliens (the kind with green skin rather than the ones lacking Green Cards) is more your thing, check out Obama Alien Defence. It's an entertaining little platform games in which you play the incumbent gentleman himself as he protects the good ol' US of A from it's slimy wannabe overlords. The game starts with a Secret Service guy coming in to tell the President that America is under attack. His response, to arm himself with a giant gun, hop on a chopper and head over to New York to blast some alien scum! As you go you'll pick up better weapons (my favourite was definitely the Triple Blaster) and collect med packs and Presidential coins. You'll also get to meet a variety of aliens and blast them into little droplets of green scum. What more do you want!

For years, satirical election coverage, cartoons and comedy sketches have lifted spirits and broken tension, as well as poking fun at serious manners. Black humour and satire about in these well made little games, and you can find some little gems from previous elections, like Dancing Bush and Blair the Motivator.
