Avalon Lords: The upcoming castle-building MMORTS reveals new screenshots and more!‏

Animus Interactive have broken their long silence to release the first screenshot from upcoming castlebuilding MMORTS Avalon Lords.

 

Avalon Lords - first look

For those of you who are dying to take a peek at upcoming castle-building MMORTS Avalon Lords, good news! Animus Interactive will finally be able to reveal some of the surprises they will have in store for you when their new site launches on March 8th. Animus has been working hard on a brand new site, crammed with game lore, concept art and footage of the scenery you can look forward to in Avalon Lords.

The site, which you can visit here, will soon feature:

  • A brand new Landscape trailer showing footage of the huge landscapes players will be able to explore, build on and fight in. This trailer will reveal in-engine footage of the upcoming scenery that players can look forward to.

  • A variety of concept art pieces to give you a taste of the treats Animus have in store.

  • Descriptions of the three Orders that players will be able to choose from.

  • Short stories designed to introduce six of our factional elite units.

  • A selection of desktop wallpapers.

But wait, there’s more!

Animus Interactive are now able to reveal the first in-game screenshots of the Swordsman, Paladin Knight and Veteran Swordsman units, which will give players an idea of what they can look forward to when the game enters its Closed Alpha testing period!

Avalon Lords will be launching as a cross-platform buy-to-play title available for Linux, Mac and PC.  More information will be available tomorrow on the main website. Come and join the evolving community and chat with the developers on the forum!
